Blue Envelope Program

The Blue Envelope program brings together law enforcement and motorists with Autism and other sensory disorders.  The envelope is resealable and a convenient place to keep all driver's documents.  It contains instructions for both the driver and the interacting officer in the event of a traffic stop.  In these events, motorists can provide this envelope to law enforcement officers to better explain information on any disorders that the motorist may have.
