Governor Murphy has issued Executive Order No. 403, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours from Wednesday, November 5, 2025, until sunset on the day of his interment, in recognition and mourning of a dedicated public servant, Vice President Cheney.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
