Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 330, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours on Thursday, May 18, 2023, in recognition and mourning of former Assemblyman and Commissioner of Environmental Protection Robert C. Shinn, Jr., a lifelong public servant and staunch champion of environmental protection and conservation.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
