Central Avenue (Springfield Avenue to River Road) will be closed for utility work on Wednesday, Dec. 20. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Resident’s of Delaware Avenue will only be allowed access from Springfield Avenue. Vehicles leaving Delaware Avenue, Charnwood Road and Evergreen Avenue, will be forces to travel South on Central Avenue and follow the detours.Please be prepared to take an alternate route.
