Governor Murphy has signed Executive Order No. 341, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours from Wednesday, September 13, 2023, through Thursday, September 14, 2023, in recognition and mourning of a dedicated lifelong public servant, BPU President Joseph L. Fiordaliso.
