Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 338, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours from Friday, August 4, 2023, through Monday, September 4, 2023, in recognition and mourning of Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver, my friend, partner, and colleague, and someone who will always be remembered as a dedicated and trailblazing leader for all of New Jersey.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
