Governor Murphy has issued Executive Order No. 366, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours from Tuesday, August 27, 2024, through Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in recognition and mourning of a dedicated legislator and public servant, Representative Bill Pascrell.
