Governor Murphy has signed Executive Order No. 357, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours from Wednesday, May 1, 2024 through Thursday, May 2, 2024, in recognition and mourning of a dedicated legislator and public servant, Representative Donald M. Payne, Jr.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
